UK house sales up 26% year on year.

The number of agreed house sales in January 2011 increased 25.7% over the same period last year, according to the latest figures. Agency Express revealed that agreed house sales were also up 13.4% on January 2009 and the New Year has brought a 51.5% leap in the number of properties being put up for sale. This was up 34.3% on last January and 25.7% up on January 2009.
